We use a multi-step process which includes elimination of dry matter before our water-based cleaning solution is employed. Water temperature and the PH of the cleaning solution are carefully controlled and monitored to insure the thorough, healthy cleaning of your rugs. We use no abrasive brushes or harsh chemicals. Our process leaves rugs soft, their texture restored, the colors brightened and better able to withstand future soiling. We dry your rugs safely and quickly and return them to you in one week or less in most cases. Because we do not leave heavy soap residue in your rugs, the rugs stay cleaner for a longer period of time. Of course, it is impossible to guarantee that all stains and issues can be completely resolved, but we will do everything possible to eliminate or reduce those issues for you and allow you to enjoy your rugs for many years to come.
